Cimarron Sidekicks, a three-member Western group, will take the stage 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 29 at Bellevue Heights Church, 9440 W. Hutton Drive.

This is the next in a series of special events known as Summer Sundae Sunday. Everyone is invited to the concert to be held in the church worship center. There is no charge for admission. A free-will offering will be accepted.

Cimarron Sidekicks sing and play guitars and banjos to bring back memories of Western songs made popular in years past by stars of screen, radio and television. Trio members include Bob (Lefty) Sampson, Paul (Buck) Sullivan and Carl (Dutch) Eckhardt. All have many years of experience playing stringed instruments and singing in close harmony.

Following the concert, attendees will be served free ice cream sundaes in Franklin Hall on the church campus. Wearing of masks in optional.

For more information, call the church office at 623-977-8308 or visit bhcsuncity.com, where the program also will be available for on-line viewing.
