Chavez: Resident not happy with new Sun City amount

We can’t believe they are raising the prices for using the centers.
We go to Sundial and the showers are disgusting, half of the shower heads don’t work properly because they are full of calcium build up. We have complained several times and the staff tells us not to use them. We pay for them. The other showers don’t work at all.
The pool water is usually cold. We have complained several times, through the staff, email and comment cards and no change. They have solar and they get a break from that on their bill. The person who responded to my email about the temperature of the pool called me a liar.
A lot of times we see the staff standing around doing nothing!
