Big Lots has plans to open a new store at 24760 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway.
While a building permit has been filed, an official opening date is contingent on a variety of factors, including construction timelines and staffing.
There is a tentative plan for a winter opening when the company will host a grand opening event to include special doorbuster offers.
