‘Ambassador of Aloha’ returns to Wickenburg

Ukulele virtuoso and “Ambassador of Aloha” Jake Shimabukuro returns to the Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts in Wickenburg, 1090 S. Vulture Mine Road, 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, performing a festive evening of music in his “Holidays in Hawai’i” concert program.
Shimabukuro is capable of playing everything from jazz and rock to blues, bluegrass, folk and classical. He will strum his way through a repertoire that combines his signature show favorites with a collection of holiday classics, such as “We Three Kings,” “O Holy Night,” “All I Want For Christmas Is You” and “I’ll Be Home For Christmas.”
Joining Shimabukuro on stage will be bassist Jackson Waldhoff and guest singer-songwriter Justin Kawika Young.
