Alumnae club supports local nonprofit

The Arrowhead-West Phoenix Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club has a philanthropic connection with ThriveAZ, a nonprofit organization that works toward foster care prevention, reunification and youth transitioning out of foster care in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Pi Phi members Sheri Adolphson, Nancy Wright, Lolly Loman and Barbara Saunders recently toured the facility campus and brought kits of baby items, including a blanket, burp cloth, crocheted hat and mittens and small pillows for children. In addition, the group donated a painted mural for the facility wall. Pictured is the centerpiece of the mural. Visit Thrive.org or call 602-380-8874 for more information about the organization or to make donations.
