Vanguard Artists, a west valley group of accomplished artists, will exhibit throughout the month of September at The Vista Center for the Arts, 15660 N Parkview Pl, Surprise, AZ. Hours are 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Tuesday - Friday (and also evenings if the Vista venue has an event scheduled.) Vanguard members have achieved local and national recognition. Visitors will enjoy original art in a wide range of art styles and techniques.
