Terry & Mike Guzek

Terry Guzek moved into heaven on March 13, 2023 where her husband (Ranger) Mike has been waiting for her since June 30, 2022. They had grown up together near Pittsburgh, PA. Terry was a well known massage therapist in Sun City. She was also a docent for the Sun City Museum. She swam regularly at the Fairway Rec center. She and Mike played golf with the "Sunday Funnies" group and cards with various friends. They retired from successful careers. Terry began her career as an elementary school PE teacher in New Jersey, moved up to a high school where she coached girls field hockey. Then Terry worked in a hospital as an educational liaison for the community before developing a massage therapy program for the adult education program of EHOVE in Milan/Huron, Ohio. She was a dynamic teacher whose students loved her so much they have always stayed in touch. After serving in the Navy on the U.S.S. Yosemite, Mike worked as a CAD engineer designing parts for the automobile industry. Then he transferred into the recycling business with Baler long before recycling became the norm. That job brought them to AZ. In their retirement they traveled the states in a series of motor homes, yearly attending various NASCAR races then traveling to their favorite spots in the Florida Keys. Their families live in various states thus no services are planned in Arizona. Their remains will be spread in the Florida Keys by family members.
