Superstition Foothills Baptist Church recently added a new sign to its property at 6320 S. Kings Ranch Road in Gold Canyon.
“(O)ne that is Gold Canyon friendly and emphasizes the beauty of our desert area and, of course, the Superstition Mountain,” according to a release.
Events planned at the church include a Fall Festival Oct. 31 and a “Swap and Sell” Nov. 26.
“Our church is planning some great events this fall, one of which is the Fall Festival which occurs on Oct. 31. There will be games, music to dance by, food, candy, and lots of fun for the kids. Please some join us for this yearly event,” the release states. “The second event is our ‘Swap and Sell’ on Nov. 26, which is open to the public for free. If you do crafts, or just have some interesting things to sell, please call Terrilyn at 602-430-1626 and we can assign you a free parking space for your table or booth. We had this event a couple of years ago and it was well attended and great for the community.”
