Sun City CAN, St. Vincent team up
Will provide rent, mortgage help

Sun City Community Assistance Network and St. Vincent de Paul teamed up to start a new program to help elderly low-income Sun City residents who are having trouble making a rent payment or a mortgage payment.
The program is being funded by Sun City CAN and clients are being interviewed by St. Vincent de Paul.
Clients must be 65 or older and must have been a full-time resident of Sun City for at least one year. They must have monthly income during the previous 12 month period of less than 150% of the federal poverty level ($1,610/$2,178-single/two person). They must have savings and investments of less than $10,000.
