Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce officials are gearing up for the chamber’s annual membership meeting scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 29, in the Curve Luxury Suite at Phoenix Raceway.
Those interested in sponsoring the event are asked to call the chamber office at 623-932-2260.
Presenting sponsorship is $2,000, which includes a logo at the event and mentions throughout the event, a logo on the chamber homepage with a link to the sponsoring company, logo and company overview in promotional materials, on the website and social media, 20 tickets to the event and the opportunity to hand out marketing material. It also includes marketing and media outreach of the event and an opportunity to give welcoming remarks to attendees and an overview of the company.
Supporting sponsorship is $1,000, which includes a logo at the even and mentions throughout the event, logo and company overview included in all promotional materials, website and social media, 10 tickets to the event, an opportunity to hand out marketing materials and marketing and media outreach of the event.
The meeting will run from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and will feature speakers who will demonstrate the progress that has been made in the Southwest Valley over what has been a most challenging couple of years.
Goodyear City Managers Julie Karins, Litchfield Park City Manager Goodyear and Tolleson City Manager Reyes Medrano are scheduled to speak, as are chamber board Chairman Chris Amos and President & CEO Jeffrey Campos.
They will showcase the momentum and positivity businesses have as 2021 transitions into 2022, according to a release.
Phoenix Raceway is at 7602 S. Avondale Blvd., in Avondale.
