Scottsdale Wealth Planning, wealth management company, hosted its fall community appreciation event at Hunkapi Farm to welcome clients and new members of its Investment Committee.

Drs. Sabuhi Sardarli and Thomas Doellman were welcomed during the Oct. 25 event held in Scottsdale, according to a press release, noting the company's commitment to community engaged.

Family, friends, business leaders and clients of Scottsdale Wealth Planning were invited to enjoy the country farm setting complete with rustic dinner, western music, smores around the fireplaces, cornhole and the roaming farm animal.

Scottsdale Wealth Planning Founder Paul Ohanian selected Hunkapi, a non-profit farm founded by Terra Schaad, to share the holistic community venue and service that reaches many of the population from as young as three years through old.

The program bonds horse and humans as a catalyst for positive growth in the lives of community participants who come from diverse backgrounds and abilities, the release said.

“Our mission includes community philanthropy, and we are fortunate to support the awareness of Hunkapi while enjoying its rich organic beauty.  Our team as well as our guests raved about the originality of the event, right in our own backyard!” stated Ohanian in the release.

Hunkapi serves clients with a wide range of diagnoses including, but not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Emotional Disorder, Addiction Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

First Responders have even used the organization throughout the pandemic and exhausting fire seasons.
