Bret Ceren, associate broker at Platinum Living Realty has received recognition for successfully coaching three Craig Proctor Coaching award winners.

The coaching organization is a North American real estate training system known for producing the most successful agents in the United States and Canada, according to a press release. Ceren’s coaching members recently received awards in the categories for Rookie of the Year, Qantum Leap and Millionaire Agents at a convention in Anaheim, California.

“While I have successfully coached award-winning agents in the past, this is the first time I’ve had agents receive an award in all three categories,” Ceren said in a press release. “I have a tremendous amount of pride and appreciation to see my mentees doing so well.”

Ceren’s client - associate broker, Joe Hillner of Deerfield Beach, Florida - was honored with the Quantum Leap award by Craig Proctor Coaching. The award is given to agents operating at the highest levels of the industry who have experienced monumental growth in their business.

Hillner was selected from more than one million real estate agents in America, with only a handful earning this award every year. The award recognizes their contribution to their members and businesses. Hillner has been in the industry for two decades; however, with the latest market volatility, he found his business struggling a few years ago.

“I was broke with no cash flow and no prospects,” Hillner said in a press release. “Then I met Craig and he said that he could show me how to create a predictable business system so I would know what to expect.”
With Ceren’s expertise guiding him through the Craig Proctor principles,

Ceren also coached, Heidi Spielman, who is based in Mesa and received the Rookie of the Year Award. This coveted award is given to someone who is new to coaching and has immediately implemented the Craig Proctor principles to make an impact.

Ceren’s coaching also played a role in Praveen Kumar of San Ramon, California, winning one of the Millionaire Agent Awards for their business grossing at least $1 million in revenue in the past year.

Ceren has also received Rookie of the Year award in 2017 and the Quantum Leap award in 2022. Of the over 200 agents he has coached in the program during the past five years, he has had eight receive Rookie of the Year awards, six earn Quantum Leap awards and four achieve Millionaire Agent status.
