National Indoor RV Centers is erecting a new, state-of-the-art, 130,000-square-foot-facility in Surprise that’s dedicated to safely and securely storing RVs.

The building, which is expected to be completed in June, will have capacity for 260 motorhomes and is located across the street from NIRVC’s RV Lifestyle Center at 11280 N. Solar Canyon Way.

The indoor storage NIRVC provides is part of its mission to simplify RV ownership by delivering a complete package of concierge-level services, including sales, service, storage, paint and body work and washing and detailing.

“We’re maniacally focused on enhancing our customers’ RVing lifestyle by removing hassles,” said Brett Davis, founder, president and CEO of NIRVC. “Indoor storage eliminates the need to winterize an RV, keeps the coach cleaner inside and out, helps retain its value since it hasn’t been left out in the damaging elements and is a convenient way to get it serviced all under one roof. We give RVers peace-of-mind because they know we’ll store and take care of their RV just like it’s our own. Plus, when they’re ready to take a trip, we’ll have their RV all set for them so they can just hop in and drive off.”

Davis has been a motorhome owner for nearly 40 years and has been living full time in his motorhome since 2013. He founded NIRVC after experiencing years of poor interactions with RV salespeople, less-than-stellar service and shoddy storage.

To celebrate the upcoming spring travel season, NIRVC is hosting an open house from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 at its RV Lifestyle Center in Surprise.

Current RVers, as well as those who are thinking about RVing, will be able to check out NIRVC’s inventory of new and used Class A, B and C coaches while enjoying a hot dog or hamburger, grabbing a T-shirt or hat and checking out special motorhome pricing.

Upon completion of the storage facility, NIRVC is expanding its service capacity by adding more than a dozen new bays. The RV dealership is also upgrading its lot to accommodate more sales inventory.

“Once the new storage facility and lot expansion are complete, we’ll have 600 units onsite between storage, sales and service,” says Tino Beltran, general manager of NIRVC’s Phoenix RV Lifestyle Dealership. “Throughout the year, we’ll be adding staff to deliver our superior level of service that NIRVC is known for.”

NIRVC’s concierge storage makes beginning and ending an RV trip easy and convenient.

When an RV is stored at NIRVC and its owners are ready to hit the road, technicians will prep the coach for travel. They’ll check and adjust the tire pressure, fill the fresh-water tank, adjust or fill the water level for lead acid house batteries, turn on the refrigerator and store the owner’s car and detail it, upon request.

When returning from travel, owners can simply put their motorhome in NIRVC’s expert hands and hop into their waiting car. NIRVC has on-site dump tanks for owners’ use or, for those who prefer to avoid that task, NIRVC can handle it.

While in storage, NIRVC conducts periodic engine starts to lubricate the engine and change tire position to prevent flat spots. In addition, routine chassis and motorhome maintenance, collision repairs and paint and body work can be performed upon request. Finally, owners can give their motorhome some TLC with a professional wash and detailing while the unit is in storage.

To ensure the RVs are stored safely, NIRVC has a state-of-the-art security system, exterior and interior video cameras, exterior signage noting the facility is under video surveillance, a well-lit exterior and individualized entry codes.
