The Scottsdale Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two subjects wanted in a Jan. 15 south Scottsdale burglary.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15 two male subjects burglarized a home in the 2700 block of North 66th Street by breaking and then climbing through a front window, Scottsdale police report.

“The pair stole several thousand dollars’ worth of property that included jewelry, electronics and firearms,” said Scottsdale Police Officer Kevin Watts in a prepared statement.

The first suspect is described as an African American or Hispanic male 6-feet tall with a thin build.

"He has a thin mustache, goatee and appeared to have longer hair tucked underneath a beanie hat,” Officer Watts said.

The second suspect is an African American male approximately 5 feet, 8-inch-tall with a medium- to heavy-build and shaved head.

"At one point in the break in the first suspect called him “Jay.” Both suspects appeared to be 25 to 35 years old," Officer Watts said.

Anyone with information related to this case is asked to call the Scottsdale Police Department at 480-312-5000. For anonymous tips, please call Silent Witness at 480-948-6377 (W-I-T-N-E-S-S) or visit the Silent Witness website at silentwitness.org.
