Peoria Diamond Club recognizes sponsors for their generous support
Posted
With the support of their dedicated sponsors, the Peoria Diamond Club remained dedicated and focused with their efforts to fund raise and support West Valley youth in 2020.
Despite the obvious financial impact of the reduction of spring training funds, which is the primary fundraising opportunity, they were able to give back almost $64,000 through their Grant Program, PUSD Scholarships and Community Giving.
“We rely heavily on our partners and sponsors to be able to support or mission in giving to the youth charities in the community,” says general manager, Roz Shanley. “With all that folks are dealing with this last year, the need for necessities is higher than ever. We are looking to create more sponsorship relationships, thus increasing our capacity to be a catalyst between our donors and the community that so needs help.”
The PDC would like to recognize these sponsors for their generous support: AERO Federal Credit Union, EJ’s Auction & Appraisal/Goodwill Industries, Independent Newsmedia, AZ Republic-Gannett, Lunde’s Peoria Volkswagen, Parkway Bank, Westside Concepts and Jessica Morrison Allstate Agency.
Historically, the sponsor packages have focused on the exposure of spring training; however, in the current climate, members have shifted with the needs of the community and are seeking more year-round financial support. The Peoria Diamond Club’s new sponsorship packages offer year-round recognition via digital platforms for participating sponsors to take advantage of while also providing much-needed financial support for deserving recipients.
For more information about the sponsorship levels and how yo get involved, visit peoriadiamondclub.org or contact Ms. Shanley at r.shanley@peoriadiamondclub.org or 623 773-8710.
The Peoria Diamond Club, a 501(c)(3) is dedicated to supporting community programs that educate and enrich children’s lives, while enhancing their futures. Through partnerships, sponsorships, donations and volunteer efforts, they raise funds for local youth and charity organizations.
