Peoria city council approves Camino A Lago replat

Posted

Peoria City Council approved a replat of the master final plat for Camino A Lago South II, located on Deer Valley Road and 104th Avenue.

The purpose of the replat near Deer Valley Road and 104th Avenue is to plat a subdivision for residential use.

This replat creates a total of five new parcels from the original six parcels approved previously. The change in parcel boundaries is a result of the developer’s new product within the Camino A Lago Community.

All internal roadways are public and will be maintained by the city.

In June of 2007, the city council approved the master final plat for Camino A Lago South, creating all of the individual parcels and the rights-of-way for the master subdivision. This replat is necessary to further adjust parcel boundaries, which will later be subdivided into individual lots, tracts, and internal roadways for development.

In the event the replat is not recorded within 60 days of council approval, it will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the city, with the understanding that the city has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.
