Paradise Valley organization donates to Arizona Community Foundation

Posted

On March 30, Cosanti in Paradise Valley hosted the Cause Bell Check Presentation Ceremony, during which the organization made a nearly $20,000 donation to the Arizona Community Foundation.

In response to the pandemic, Cosanti Originals and The Cosanti Foundation chose to channel the usual portion of its sales proceeds from the Hope for All Humanity Bell, which was introduced last year during Ring for Hope — the collective worldwide bell-ringing event Cosanti organized to unite people isolated during quarantine — as well as from all its Bells for a Cause to a single nonprofit organization: The Arizona Community Foundation.

“For more than 35 years, The Cosanti Foundation has demonstrated its support of the broader nonprofit community through the Bells for a Cause Program. Benefiting deserving charitable organizations in the arts, healthcare, education, and nature conservancy, the program continues to provide needed financial support to help deserving organizations fulfill their important missions,” said The Cosanti Foundation’s Board of Trustees’ Matteo DiMichele.

“Our entire Foundation feels extreme pride in awarding the Arizona Community Foundation with this donation to help nonprofit organizations throughout Arizona that have been impacted by the pandemic.”

During the ceremony, members of the Arizona Community Foundation were presented with a check in the exact amount of $19,424.
