No home sales eclipse $1M mark in Peoria

There were no home sales in Peoria over the last week that eclipsed the $1 million mark.

All three top home sales in Peoria for the week of Sept. 18-24 were in the 85383 ZIP code, the city’s luxury home hot spot, according to Realtor.com.

The top home sale, 9190 W, Foothill Drive, sold for $965,000 on Sept. 22. The 4,135 square-foot home on a 0.28-acre lot has five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Brian Crimp with Rapido Realty represented the seller and Tiffany Gobster with My Home Group Real Estate represented the buyer.

The second most expensive home sale, 8034 W. Villa Lindo Drive, sold for $890,000 on Sept. 20. The 4,502 square-foot home on a 0.43-acre lot has five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The Palmer Team with Hague Partners represented the seller and Eric Nyquist and Linda Lesser RE/MAX Fine Properties represented the buyer.

The third most expensive home sale, 9246 W. Sands Drive, sold for $850,000 on Sept. 20. The 3,032 square-foot home on a 0.25-acre lot has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. John Poyner with Phoenix Property Group represented the seller and Heather Swanson Realty ONE Group represented the buyer.
