Mesa senior community wins national senior living award
Sun City West Assisted Living also won 'Best of Senior Living'

Broadway Mesa Village Assisted Living and Memory Care and Sun City West Assisted Living recently won "Best of Senior Living" from a national referral service.
The awards are from A Place for Mom’s Best of Senior Living 2023 awards with criteria falling under three categories — reviews, ratings and the type of care provided, according to a release.
The winner must receive 10 or more reviews during the award period (Jan. 1, 2022, to Dec. 31, 2022) on APlaceforMom.com or SeniorAdvisor.com; attain an average overall rating of at least 4.5 stars for reviews; and offer assisted living, in-home care, independent living, skilled nursing or memory care in the U.S. or Canada.
“We were honored to receive this recognition from a national referral service such as A Place for Mom,” Executive Director Julia Colangelo said in the release. “Our team shows true care and passion for seniors. We are very proud of them for raising the bar in senior living service to Mesa residents and families.”
Broadway Mesa Village’s sister community, Sun City West Assisted Living in Sun City West, also received the Best of Senior Living award.
