Mending Hearts Family Services, Inc. provides mental health counseling for children and adults. We specialize in Trauma Informed, faith-based professional counseling provided by licensed counselors and social workers. We are licensed through the Arizona Department of Health Services as a Counseling Facility. We work with anxiety, depression, addiction, school problems, suicidal ideation, family problems. We utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, play therapy, and expressive arts therapy to create, repair and restore relationships. We are on a number of insurance panels and have an affordable sliding fee scale.
