Mark-Taylor Residential to manage three new luxury, single-family communities

Mark-Taylor Residential, a Scottsdale-based manager of luxury multifamily communities, has introduced BB Living at Civic Square, Banyan at South Mountain and Banyan Preserve to its portfolio.
BB Living
In partnership with BB Living, these newly completed, detached, single-family rental homes boast premium features.
Each open-concept, three- and four-bedroom home has been designed with features for kids and adults, from custom cabinetry, smart home technology, gated backyards, attached two-car garages and a resort-style pool.
BB Living at Civic Square is at 15125 W. Oak Street in Goodyear near Litchfield Park.
Dining, shopping, employers and schools in the area are accessible to BB Living at Civic Square residents. This area is also a favorable gathering spot for festivals and events.
