Marcus and Millichap arranges sale of Salvation Army Family Thrift Store building in Chandler

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently announced the sale of The Salvation Army Family Thrift Store, a 13,929-square-foot net-leased property in Chandler.
According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset sold for $3.3 million.
Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
The Salvation Army Family Thrift Store is at 4920 S. Arizona Ave. The property was built in 2009 on 1.83 acres and has more than four years remaining on its corporate lease.
