As part of its Fiscal Year 2021 budget process, the Litchfield Park City Council will consider two additions to its fee schedule, according to a notice on the city’s website.

Residents have 60 days to comment on the proposed fees, which will be on the agenda when the council meets in regular session at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 17 at the Litchfield Park Branch Library Community Room, 101 W. Wigwam Blvd.

Additions include:
• A $200 license fee for new mobile vendors and a $150 annual renewal fee for mobile vendors. Both include a city business license, the notice stated.
• A $5 fee per notary public signature for acknowledgements and jurats, $5 fee per certified page for copy certifications, and $5 fee per notarial act for oaths and affirmations.
Previously adopted fee changes that have been incorporated into the new schedule include:
• Dark fiber fees adopted Dec. 18, 2019, with Resolution 19-461;
• Video service provider fee adopted Feb. 19, 2020, with Resolution 20-462; and
• Aquatic fee increase adopted April 15, 2020, with Resolution 20-464.
