Lee & Associates, which specializes in commercial brokerage services of industrial, office, investment, multifamily, retail, and land, recently announced the promotion of Andrew Fenton to associate.

Fenton recently completed his first transaction consisting of 9,456 square feet on a five-year deal in the Scottsdale Airpark, according to a press release, adding he represented the landlord in a complex transaction.

The tenant was represented by the Coppola Cheney team, the release said.

“Andrew’s work ethic in the commercial real estate business has served him well as he has moved up this role,” said Bill Blake, founding Partner at Lee & Associates, in a prepared statement. “We look forward to having him as a strong contributor to the Lee & Associates team for years to come.”

Born and raised in north Scottsdale, Fenton graduated from The University of Arizona in 2018 with a bachelor of science in business administration and an emphasis on marketing. He resides in south Scottsdale and joined Lee & Associates in April of 2019 as a runner under the leadership of Bill Blake and Colton Trauter, principals in Lee and Associates’ Office Division.

Fenton plans to specialize in landlord and tenant representation regarding office leasings and sales, noted the release.

“Working with the Blake Trauter team has been a tremendous opportunity to jumpstart my real estate career,” said Fenton in a prepared statement. “I have been exposed to a high volume of transactions on both the landlord and tenant representation side and look forward to joining the team as an associate.”

Lee & Associates, established in 1979, is an international firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, the release added.
