INDEPENDENT NEWSMEDIA
Humble Bistro, which features a wine parlor and global cuisine, opens a new restaurant concept today, June 16, in Gilbert.
Serving lunch, happy hour and dinner, Humble Bistro and Marketplace is at 1524 E. Williams Field Road.
“We’re beyond thrilled to open our new concept in one of the hottest communities in the East Valley,” said Jorge Gomez, chef and partner of Humble Bistro. “The freshly renovated space will feature the signature Humble Bistro charm. We look forward to welcoming the community in - not just for a meal but an experience.”
This 5,000 square foot space is located on the corner of Val Vista and Williams Field Road with a 1,500 square foot patio that will has a similar décor to the High Street Humble Bistro location, which resembles a European cafe, according to a release.
New to the Gilbert location is the ensuite marketplace that is expected to open in the fall and will include food products from local artisans as well as Humble pastas, pizza doughs and the chili honey. Guests will be able to enjoy a coffee bar, ice cream bar and wine store before or after their meal, the release stated.
