HALO Animal Rescue hosting Dog Days of Summer adoption event

Posted

HALO Animal Rescue is still hoping to find as many dogs their furever homes as possible so they can open up more space to continue to help their shelter partners and community.

HALO is hosting a Dog Days of Summer adoption special on select dogs at both of their adoption locations. Adoption fees range from $25-$85 now thorugh June 11th. Some of the dogs on special have been with HALO 30 days or longer. So they are hoping to place these dogs real soon.

“We have taken in 250 pets in the last month with more scheduled to arrive this coming week,” said Heather Allen, President and CEO of HALO Animal Rescue. “All of our offices, cat community room and our conference room have shelter pets housed in them due to the recent increase of pet intakes. The Arizona heat doesn’t help when we are this full at the shelter.”

Please visit HALO’s website to fill out the questionnaire to get started with the adoption process.
If you have questions their customer service team can assist you, just call 602-971-9222. All of HALO’s pets are microchipped, vaccinated and sterilized.
