Construction is underway on a new 750,000-square-foot Gatorade distribution facility that will create more jobs at the rapidly expanding Tolleson Corporate Park, which is being developed by Merit Partners.
This new construction will more than double the square footage of Gatorade’s presence in the corporate park, according to a press release.
Tolleson Corporate Park is a 140-acre development consisting of approximately 2.4 million square feet within five buildings when the new Gatorade warehouse is completed.
The new warehouse/distribution center is expected to be completed in October.
“Tolleson Corporate Park enables growing communities such as Tolleson to offer its residents the opportunity to work close to home and avoid long commutes,” said Kevin Czerwinski, CEO and principal of Merit Partners. “The clients locating within this project, such as Gatorade, are indicative of job-creating companies that continue to discover our great state and the West Valley,”
Phoenix-based Merit Partners is a state leader in industrial real estate development with projects all over the Valley of the Sun to the tune of $2 billion.
