Donna was born January 24,1937 in Waukegan, Illinois to Howard and Marguerite Mundstock. She was the second child with an older brother Jack (Betty) Mundstock, and a younger sister Victoria (Chuck) Leggans, all who proceeded her in death. She met the love of her life Jim Natalie, while she was still in High School. They married June 11, 1955 after Jim was Honorably Discharged from the Army. They had three children: Tony (Diane) Natalie, Jan (Michael) Thorne, and Sandra (Dennis) Carey. Seven grandchildren: Michael Natalie, Tammy (Tim) Collins, Tony (Amy) Natalie, Steven (Erica) Thorne, Patrick Thorne, Natalie Nephew, Denielle (Mike) Tickner, Nine Great Grandchildren Joe Natalie, Alyssa Hartke, Mike Natalie, Taylor Natalie, Paige Natalie, Pyper Thorne, Amelia Thorne, Ivy Tickner and Fox Tickner. And three Great-Great Grandchildren: Kace Thonhoff, Karter and Hansen Savage. Along with several loving nieces, and nephews. Donna worked and retired from First National Bank in Waukegan where she held many different positions, achieving the titles of Branch Manager, Vice President and Ambassador for the Golden Passport Club. Donna was able to plan and host trips all over the world which fell right into Jim and Donna’s love for travel, Italy being their favorite. Donna had taught Sunday school, sang in the church choir and was a member of the ladies’ guilds. Donna and James retired to Sun City West, AZ where she enjoyed being outside, gardening, and all the activities SCW had to offer. She loved music and dancing, she and Jim danced around the world. She enjoyed “wine time” and sharing stories with the neighbors. She especially enjoyed the time with her family. She will always be remembered for her smile, her laugh, her love for her Lord Jesus Christ and the love she shared with her family. Jim preceded her in death going to prepare a mansion for her on May 24, 2023. We would ask that any memorials be given to Sheperd of the Valley Lutheran Church. Service for Donna Natalie will be held on Saturday October 19, 2024, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church located at 14650 W Bell Rd, Surprise AZ 85374. Visitation is at 10AM with memorial service starting at 10:30AM.
