Construction starts on Glendale Echo Park project in Loop 303 corridor

Two-building facility expected to open in 2023

Construction officially started Friday on Echo Park 303, a two-building, modern industrial facility in Glendale near the intersection of Northern Parkway and Reems Road.

With an expected completion of Q3 2023, the 676,176-square-foot industrial product will sit on nearly 40 acres of land — marking the latest addition to the Loop 303 corridor. The construction was announced by design-build firm LGE Design Build plus developer Echo Real Estate Capital.

Echo Park 303 will feature two buildings, including a 455,936-square-foot facility and a smaller 220,240-square-foot building. Parking will be available with 743 parking spaces and gated yards for nearly 150 trailer spaces.

“The West Valley is quickly becoming one of the premier industrial submarkets in the nation,” Blake Wells, LGE Design Build director of preconstruction, stated in a news release. “Echo Park 303’s accessibility to Loop 303 and Interstate 10, paired with its immediate proximity to nearby distribution centers for major brands, makes this an ideal location for companies looking to distribute products across the Southwest.”
