A $10.3 million Valley condo is hitting the market.

Developer Replay Destinations is planning to sell the luxury penthouse at Summit by Olson Kundig in the final phase of the Ascent at The Phoenician, the Phoenix resort that borders on Scottsdale.

The Summit features 63 residences in two buildings starting at $2.5 million, with penthouses ranging from $7 million to $10 million. The entire development features nearly 250 residences and various amenities overlooking the 18-hole Phoenician golf course.

Known as Penthouse 1301, the 6,200-square-foot condo features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a spacious multimedia room. The property also will feature floor to ceiling glass walls, a chef’s kitchen, a back kitchen and an outdoor kitchen.

“Penthouse 1301 reflects our core design approach, which grounds architecture within its surrounding context,” said Kirsten Ring Murray, principal and owner of Seattle-based architecture firm Olson Kundig, in a press release. “Here, that includes Camelback Mountain and the Valley, and this home is the only residence to offer views of both, as well as overlooking the adjacent Mountain Club pool.”

The penthouse represents Olson Kundig’s first design work in Arizona.

“As the final phase, the Summit Residences introduce a new level of scale and design, and this penthouse is the ultimate expression by offering a level of exclusivity and refinement not previously seen or experienced in Scottsdale,” said Brianne Kelsey, vice president of Vancouver, British Columbia-based Replay. “The response since the grand opening of our sales gallery has been incredibly strong, reinforcing the demand for homes that blend architectural integrity with a breathtaking connection to Camelback Mountain nestled within the sought-after community of Ascent.”
