Building on North Power Road in Mesa sells for $432K

The sale of a retail building in Mesa and long-term leases for a variety of property types throughout the Valley highlight recent deals closed by NAI Horizon professionals.
Joan Krueger negotiated the $432,000 sale of a 2,200-square-foot retail building representing the seller, Garry J. Disch. The property is at 310 and 318 N. Power Road in Mesa. The buyers, Christopher and Susan Fitzgerald, were represented by Shane M. Cook with My Home Group.
Recent lease transactions include Jennifer Loehnert, Don Morrow and Dylan Whitwer representing the tenant, Horizon Thrift LLC, in a 72-month retail lease for 12,568 square feet at 1837 W. Guadalupe Road in Mesa. The landlord, CP6PW LLC, was represented by James DeCremer with Avison Young.
