Banner Health hiring for variety of positions in Arizona, Colorado

Posted

As companies across the country try to fill job vacancies, Banner Health is offering a wide-range of skilled positions with competitive pay and benefits at different facilities in the Southwest — primarily in Arizona and Northern Colorado.

Signing bonuses are being offered for several key roles.

The open Arizona positions include: registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, housekeeping/environmental services, culinary services and medical imaging. The same positions are open at Banner facilities in Northern Colorado.

Current Banner employees in similar positions have spoken highly about their experience with the company and the work they perform every day.

“I love the people at Banner — they’re so different. It is literally like a melting pot of everything,” said Calisha Kelley, a registered nurse at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Ariz.

Esther Dominguez Salinas, a culinary worker at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, takes pride in the importance of her role at the hospital and helping provide nutritious meals to patients as they heal.

“At the end of the day, if we don’t go, patients aren’t getting fed,” Ms. Dominguez Salinas said.

“An essential part of getting better is making sure you’re eating well-balanced meals. We might be a small part of it, but it’s a part that matters,” she said.
