The Fourteen 901 Office Building has major renovations completed

The Fourteen 901 is a rare, stand-alone, easy-access office building available on the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Butherus Drive in Scottsdale.

On Scottsdale Road within walking distance to two of Valley premier retail clusters, Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons, the 21,340-square-foot, three-story building offers creative space that can provide various multi-tenant space configurations, according to a press release.

Ideal for corporate headquarters, Diversified Partners is also open and receptive to sell to an owner-user, with options including all or partially leased, the release said, noting that Walt Brown Jr., Diversified Partners founder, has over 30 years of successful development and redevelopment.

Renovations such as a new exterior remodel with a new canopy overhang main entrance with limestone columns, alucobond metal siding panels, landscaping and finished concrete sidewalks.

Interior renovations include new common area, remodeled restrooms, polished concrete flooring and newly renovated exposed ceiling grid, the release described.

Also, there is all-new perimeter Oldcastle Solar Cool Gray reflective glazing windows, designed to control glare and reduce energy consumption by reflecting solar heat gain, according to the release, detailing more features such as 42 covered, reserved parking spaces and easy ingress/egress from Scottsdale Road.
