In a market where “honey” is often blended with syrups or additives, Rosen Kirilov set out to offer the real thing: 100% raw honey sourced right here in Arizona.
What began as a hobby three years ago has grown into Happy Bees Market, now a regular at Valley farmers markets. The company has also partnered with Smoothie Connect to add raw honey to its recipes and with Papa Bears BBQ in Apache Junction, which uses Happy Bees’ honey in its BBQ recipes.
Happy Bees Market is a labor of love for Kirilov, who, along with his daughter and beekeeper sidekick, Mia, harvests fresh, organic honey from their own bee farm.
