Tri Pointe Homes Arizona, a Scottsdale Company has announced the grand opening and sales launch of Soleo, its new planned community in San Tan Valley. Spanning 252 acres and an anticipated 1,435 total homes upon completion, Soleo’s first phase is planned to include 662 homesites across four vehicularly gated communities — Arietta, Luna, Molino, and Revana.
