Scottsdale’s Jason Mitchell Group partners with HomeStory Rewards

Jason Mitchell Group, 3080 N. Civic Center Plaza, No. 100, announced its strategic partnership with HomeStory, which fosters customer-lender relationships, to improve the home buying experience for individuals and banks.

The collaboration combines the capabilities of two real estate companies by combining the Jason Mitchell Group's agent services with Homestory’s customer engagement platform. As the largest B2B brokerage in the world, JMG works with mortgage companies, home search companies, large residential developments and private equity firms. As part of the partnership, HomeStory will refer home buyers to JMG agents, adding to the company's list of partners, including, Zillow, Rocket Homes, New American Funding, Veterans United, and Bank of America, among others.

"Since starting JMG in 2006, our goal has been to support mortgage lenders and networks by connecting their clients to real estate agents," said Jason Mitchell, Founder of Jason Mitchell Group. "Partnering with HomeStory helps us reach a core group of homebuyers already prequalified for a mortgage and creates a better overall experience. Our agents are the best in the country, and working with HomeStory allows us to help more Americans reach their dream of homeownership."

HomeStory's technology and data platform have been instrumental in doubling the mortgage pull-through rate for lenders. At the same time, JMG agents are ranked in the top 1% in the country to provide buyers with the best representation in the market.

"We are continuously looking for new ways to provide unparalleled value to our partners and customers," said John Price, CEO of HomeStory Rewards. "Working with Jason Mitchell and his team allows us to seamlessly connect future homebuyers with top agents. This partnership will increase customer satisfaction and fuel the next stage of our growth but more importantly, will help millions of Americans across the country close on homes and propel them into the next phase of their lives."
