Scottsdale’s ACOYA Shea opens to seniors

Cogir Senior Living and Ryan Companies US, Inc. announce the opening of ACOYA Shea, 7373 E. Shea Blvd., a senior living community offering appointed independent, assisted living and memory care apartments.

This senior living community has 147 apartments with a town center feel, featuring outdoor spaces including a courtyard, swimming pool and outdoor fireplace. Indoor amenities feature an art room, community room, salon, fitness center, bistro, various dining options, theater room and a telemedicine room for virtual medical appointments.

Residents began moving into ACOYA Shea on Sept. 18.
