Scottsdale Society of Women Writers to host virtual meeting with author

Scottsdale Society of Women Writers welcomes as its monthly speaker, Paige Shelton, Cozy Mystery author of over 20 novels.
The meeting will be 6 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 30, according to a press release, noting that sign in for the ZOOM meeting begins at 5:45 p.m. on the app.
Ms. Shelton will share how she got published, including everything she did right and wrong to get her books out into the world.
The New York Times Bestselling author of the Farmers’ Market, Country Cooking School, Dangerous Type, Scottish Bookshop and the Alaska Wild mysteries, grew up in the Midwest.
She moved to Salt Lake City after college, and then Arizona in 2015. When not visiting her son and future daughter-in-law in Omaha, she and her husband work from their home offices and fit in as many bike rides as possible, the release said, inviting people to her site at paigeshelton.com.
The Scottsdale Society of Women Writers offers members access to events of interest, a format for exchanging ideas, an networking opportunities with other women writers/authors, an alliance with professionals relating to writing, publishing, and marketing of books, and camaraderie and support, noted the release.
