Scottsdale resident accepted to Arizona Realtors 2023 Executive Committee

The Arizona Realtors held its annual Leadership Conference in Tucson, installing its 2023 state and regional association officers, including Scottsdale resident Sulinda “Sindy” Ready as first vice president of RE/MAX Excalibur Real Estate in Scottsdale.

In addition, Eric Gibbs, designated broker of Realty One Group Integrity in Tucson, will assume the position of Arizona Realtors president, serving with Shelley Ostrowski, president-elect of Realty ONE Group Gateway in Yuma and Mandy Neat, treasurer of Realty One Group Paradise Valley in Phoenix.

Ready, a real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, has served in other leadership roles, including president of the National Women’s Council of Realtors in 2015, president of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors in 2020 and service on the National Association of Realtors Executive Committee for four years.

Gibbs has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, previously serving as president of the Tucson Association of Realtors in 2016, as well as on numerous committees and groups, including the Arizona Realtors Legislative Committee and the National Association of Realtors Governance Game Changer Presidential Advisory Group.

“It is an honor to serve as state president for the Arizona Realtors,” Gibbs said in a press release. “I look forward to advancing the association’s vision and taking our equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives to the next level in the coming year.”

Ostrowski is a real estate professional with more than 25 years of industry experience, previously serving as president of the Yuma Association of Realtors in 2005 and 2016, along with Legislative and Political Affairs committee chair and RAPAC Trustees committee chair for the Arizona Realtors. In 2018, she was awarded the Arthur Crozier Distinguished Service Award.

Neat is a real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, having served as the president of West & SouthEast Realtors of the Valley in 2021, along with leadership roles in professional development and education for Arizona Realtors. In 2020, she received the Frank Dickens Excellence in Education Award.

As members of the Arizona Realtors 2023 Executive Committee, they will incorporate their industry knowledge, experience and leadership skills to guide the more than 55,000 Realtor professionals who serve their clients in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, property management, land, appraisal and relocation.
