ICON at Silverleaf has sold the highest priced condos ever in Arizona.

To date, 66 condos statewide have surpassed the $3 million mark, and Silverleaf Realty, the driving force behind ICON at Silverleaf, 18801 N. Thompson Peak Parkway, has claimed the top five spots with sales ranging from $6.9 million to $8.35 million.
Since, April, Silverleaf Realty closed eight units totaling $23.74 million in real estate transactions, and it achieved the majority of ICON at Silverleaf sales in under two years.
Silverleaf Realty is set to release the final building in the ICON at Silverleaf development this month.
