A 47-year-old man has been identified as the suspect in the shooting death of a woman Saturday night at a home in Scottsdale, police said.
Authorities allege David Zhu shot and killed his wife about 6:30 p.m. Aug. 17 at a home in the 9300 block of North 128th Way. He was booked into Maricopa County Jail on a homicide charge.
Scottsdale police went to the home Saturday night after receiving reports of a shooting. They found a woman with a gunshot wound. She was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead. Police have not release the name of the victim.
Another woman and a minor were inside the home when the shooting occurred, according to Scottsdale Sgt. Allison Sempsis.
