Scottsdale police arrests man for speeding violations

The Scottsdale Police Department has reportedly arrested a 31-year-old Scottsdale man recently sought for speeding infractions.

Scottsdale detectives located Dustin Miles Allen on Jan. 27, and arrested him for alleged excessive speed and reckless driving, according to a police press release.

Reportedly, the police identified the “criminally speeding” incident at 1:59 a.m. on Jan. 4, after the Scottsdale Police Photo Enforcement Unit noted a Toyota Celica on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, allegedly going 119 mph where the speed limit is 45 mph, according to the release.

The Scottsdale Police Department, the release said, reminds people to slow down and obey the speed limit since “speeding is unsafe and it is not worth going to jail or worse.”
