Scottsdale officer injured in crash
Posted
INDEPENDENT NEWSMEDIA
A Scottsdale police officer was injured Tuesday night in a collision that closed the intersection of Miller and McKellips roads, authorities said.
The officer was taken to a hospital, treated and released following the crash between a police vehicle and another vehicle, police stated on the department's Twitter account.
The other driver was not injured.
"The investigation at the scene is done, but the entire investigation is still ongoing," police said Wednesday morning.
Investigators said speed and impairment were not factors in the collision.
