Scottsdale-based top loan originators, Tiffany Taradash-Whalen and Justin Whalen and their team, joined CrossCountry Mortgage, one of the nation’s largest and fastest growing retail mortgage lenders.

In addition to the Whalens, the branch includes loan originators Eric Dedmon, Karen Flores, Kristine Conklin, Matt Mroczek, Sherry Youssef, Bob Gomez, and Johnathan Scheibenpflug, according to a press release.

The Taradash Whalen Team brings to CCM a group of seasoned mortgage professionals with a range of lending solutions, specializing in purchase and refinance options, builder and construction loans, and condo loans to help give homeowners and developers, the release said, noting the professional service levels.

“Culture is stronger than strategy, and we’ve built our team around that belief,” said Whalen in the release. “Our customer-centric attitude has led to long-lasting relationships and trust with our clients. We are excited to join CrossCountry Mortgage where people are always the number one priority and to continue to provide exceptional services to our borrowers and partners.”

The team brings more than 60 years combined originating experience and a network of partners to offer personal and creative financing options for the borrowers, added the release.
