A Scottsdale mixed-use project the Grove at McCormick Ranch was sold for $14 million.

The project, at 7300 and 7400 N. Via Paseo Del Sur, features 27,956 square feet of space that is fully leased. It was bought by McCormick Project LLC and was sold by McCormick Retail Partners LLC.

Eric Wichtelrman and Mike Coover with Cushman & Wakefiled in Phoenix represented the seller. Scott Boardman and Brent Mallonee of the firm provided advice in the deal.

“The project enjoyed tremendous success during 2020, with nearly half of the project leasing despite the challenges of the pandemic that particularly deeply impacted the office and retail sectors," Mr. Wichterman said.
