Anne Plenkovich and Nick Noonan have taken over principal duties in the Scottsdale Unified School District.

Plenkovich will lead Hopi Elementary School.

She has guided Twin Lakes Elementary School in suburban Tacoma, Wash., for the past four years, during which it received awards for student academic achievement and growth, according to SUSD.

She also “brings with her administrative experience from international schools,” a district release stated.

Noonan is the new principal of Scottsdale Online Learning.

He brings 27 years of experience in public education from Cocopah Middle School, where he has been principal for the past five years, “to heading up SUSD’s outstanding K-12 online-learning school,” the release stated.
