Scottsdale consumer technology company named Inc. ‘Power Partner’

Digital Air Strike, a Scottsdale-based consumer engagement and customer experience technology company, announced its clients and partners have selected it for the inaugural Inc. Power Partner Awards program.

The company was selected for this recognition based on direct feedback provided by the company’s clients and business partners, according to a press release. Digital Air Strike was named one of five software companies focused on the advertising & marketing sector.

The Inc. Power Partner Awards honor business-to-business organizations across the globe with proven track records of supporting entrepreneurs and helping startups grow. Inc. has recognized 252 companies in various business areas based on their results and ability to go the extra mile to provide game-changing support to small businesses.

Digital Air Strike has patented technology helping companies attract more prospects. It actively converts consumers into customers through its CX platform, which works with over 7,000 automotive and specialty vehicle dealers, equipment manufacturers, education providers, healthcare provider facilities, franchises and multi-location retailers, the release stated.

“Recognition on the inaugural Inc. Power Partner list is an honor that our Digital Air Strike team accepts with immense pride,” Alexi Venneri, CEO and co-founder of Digital Air Strike, said in the release. “This is continued validation of our team’s unmatched dedication and expertise paired with the exceptional results that our CX technology delivers. Thank you to our valued clients for naming Digital Air Strike as one of your most valued business partners.”

The clients of Power Partners were asked how the companies represent virtues such as value, reliability, quality, trust, creativity, timeliness, commitment, excellence and supportiveness. Inc. Business Media surveyed clients directly, reviewed testimonials and conducted deep research as part of its assessment of Power Partner applicants.

“Trusted B2B partners provide guidance and expertise that founders rely on at various steps of their organization’s journey. Partners that possess a demonstrated ability to deliver quality support are at the core of entrepreneurship and help bring big ideas to life,” said Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. Business Media.

DAS received a record number of awards in 2022, the release added. The American Business Awards program, known as Stevie Awards, honored the compantas having the Customer Service Department of the Year and Top Lead Generation Solution.

Digital Air Strike has received recognition from automotive manufacturer partners. General Motors recently approved DAS as a certified reputation management partner for the 10th consecutive year. DAS partners with seven of the largest automotive manufacturers.

The 160-employee company also works with top dealer franchises across the U.S., including Bob Poynter Auto Group in Indiana,  Royal Auto Group and Sands Automotive in Arizona, and Price Simms Family Dealerships in California.

The release stated that Inc. partnered with leading global social and media intelligence provider Meltwater to develop a proprietary methodology that uses a sentiment from online conversations about organizations and translates it into numerical scores.

Companies were evaluated on commitment, reliability, trust, creativity, supportiveness and other virtues that offer value to clients. Inc. also conducted surveys to gather client testimonials as part of the process.
