Scottsdale-based SVG to unveil new virtual reality technology at conference

Storm Ventures Group --- a veteran-owned business based in Scottsdale ---  will hold the “Win The Storm Conference” on Feb. 20-22 at the Phoenix Convention Center where more than 3,000 attendees are expected.

The the sixth annual conference is for general contracting, roofing and restoration companies and contractors to gain advanced training, technology, and tactics to scale the businesses and help property owners recover after major storms. 

The three-day event offers networking, keynote speakers, expert presentations and panels with live Q&A, more than 75 industry-specific breakout sessions, nightly networking receptions, industry awards night, motivational and team building exercises, as well as a tradeshow floor full of the industry’s leading vendors and suppliers.

Keynote speakers include Michael Gerber, Robert Kiyosaki, Navy SEAL Robert O’Neill, Hall of Fame Boxer Roberto Duran, according to a press release.

Storm Ventures Group will launch its newest product, SVG U Virtual Reality 3.0., custom virtual reality goggles that allow companies in any industry to train the employees in a variety of real-life instructional scenarios in a 360-degree virtual reality environment.

The technology helps entrepreneurs across all industries instruct their teams in an interactive, hands-on learning environment, the release said.

General admission tickets start at $500. VIP Registration is $1,500 and includes premier seating, lunch and photo opportunity with keynote speakers, panelists and mainstage speakers, awards night access.

Military veterans are free with advance registration, noted the release as the SVG founder/ CEO Mr. Delmedico is a Gulf War veteran of the U.S. Army and committed to giving back.

The conference is hosting a charity raffle and fundraiser for nonprofit organizations America's Mighty Warriors  and Your Grateful Nation to support military troops, veterans and their families.
