San Bellara has opened near the Scottsdale Quarter, offering apartments with gourmet kitchens and “5-star” amenities, according to developer Mark-Taylor Residential.
Located at 17800 N. 78th St., San Bellara has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with designer-grade finishes and high-tech, in-home features, a release stated.
“Modern, sophisticated and stylish – San Bellara has timeless appeal," John Carlson, president of Mark-Taylor Residential, said.
“Our homes are thoughtfully built with quality craftmanship and strong attention to detail.”
The community is the second for the developer on the four-lot North Scottsdale property, the release stated.
