Robinson: Cieniawski is taking initiative for good of SUSD

I strongly support Julie Cieniawski’s candidacy for the Scottsdale school board.

My firsthand knowledge of her superb character, dedication to education, and motivation to work toward the common good is why I write this without hesitation.

I met Julie many years ago, when we became teaching colleagues at Desert Canyon Middle School.

She impressed me immediately as our SEA site representative, a position that led her to representing the entire district as our SEA president.

Her command in handling issues facing education in SUSD is inspiring, and her leadership brought countless positive changes to the district.

Julie’s motivation to sit on the SUSD school board is sincere, and it’s clear... improve the educational experience our students have in Scottsdale Unified School District.

I am thankful she is taking this initiative for the good of SUSD, and I am more confident of our district’s future with her in this leadership position.
